Over the past 4 months with the holidays just passing, we have seen about 3/4 of the wedding attendants and everyone to date was still drooling over the food and reminiscing over the picture-esque venue that is Crystal Springs. The staff's many services combined with the stunning event spaces allow couples to easily host the wedding of their dreams. She was there on the day of our wedding to finish last minute touches with an icy blizzard outside, and everything looked absolutely stunning. First of all, our wedding coordinator, Traci, was wonderful to work with from day 1. We had minor hiccups throughout the day (salad was different than originally selected- but delicious, a bit of a humid cocktail hour room- to be fair though all of NJ was God awful humid this past weekend, & slight miscommunication about when to take pictures) but nothing that would ever make me regret the decision of selecting Minerals for our wedding. When we got back to the bridal suite after the reception the room was set up so beautifully with the bouquets, rose pedals and my vail laid across the headboard plus a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Laundry service is no longer offered. Again, this is just another testament to the attention to detail and the overall service level of Crystal Springs. Even the cocktail hour room was decorated! The timing of things was excellent, the service was on point, and the food and drinks were everything we hoped for. With planning a wedding during COVID it was an even more stressful experience but Julie made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed right away. Also, our vendors were told they would be served last and never even got to eat since the food came out at 10pm. And speaking of food tasting, the FOOD was to die for. The food was AMAZING! My only negative is that we requested Daniel as our maitre d per everything we read on TheKnot about how helpful he was, and he disappeared quite a bit on the day of my husband and I were never taken to the private room during cocktail hour to eat/get a moment of quiet like most other reviews say (we went on our own when we realized there were only a few minutes remaining in cocktail hour and we hadn't eaten anything), and then he didn't come to get us to bring us into the wedding for quite a while there was a solid 20-30 minutes of downtown between the cocktail hour and the reception when everyone but us was ready to party, but we were sitting in a room waiting/not knowing what was happening.
